PROJECT
The Vine Hotel is located in the historical centre of Funchal. Designed by the Catalan architect Ricardo Bofill and Nini Andrade Silva, winner of the Interior Design Award 2009,The Vine Hotel is characterized by an innovative concept: the seasonal changes of the madeiran vinyards have helped inspire and perfectly reflect the essence of each season. The Vine is a member of the very selective consortium Design Hotels.
CHALLENGE
It's not always easy to adapt the air conditioning system to the inspiration of architects and designers, but the result is rewarding when you work with systems flexible enough to face these needs.
SOLUTION
Offering the most advanced technological solutions, Climaveneta ensures optimal wellness with 2 FOCS WATER 1002 and FAN-COIL UNITS. This plant is characterised by a very unusual cooling system: the chillers are sea-water source through an intermediate Titanium heat-exchanger, and the units easily adapt themselves to different thermal load conditions thanks to the precise thermoregulation and allow to gain advantages in terms of efficiency, comfort and quietness.
