PROJECT
18th-century masterpiece of the city of Turin, Carignano Theatre was restored to its former glory thanks to a renewal that increases the value of what was left of the original structure, adding at the same time complex elements and advanced architectural solutions and technologies.
CHALLENGE
The theater needed an air conditioning and heating system that would allow a comfortable setting in summer and winter, in absolute silence and without neglecting any detail: the high crowding, the location of subjects at different levels, acoustic constraints and all issues related to economic and environmental aspects.
SOLUTION
The system is based on 1 multiuse INTEGRA ERACS-WQ 1902 unit and on 3 WIZARD high quality and reliable air handling units. By producing cooling and heating capacity simultaneously with a single unit, INTEGRA guarantees perfect comfort throughout the year independently and with maximum efficiency. This unit satisfies the most daring architectural solutions and ensures the optimal usability of the building, reduced energy consumption and operating costs.
