Safety
Safety is for Climaveneta a core element of the organizational culture and a fundamental aim of the company.
Climaveneta believes that:
- professional illnesses, injuries and environmental accidents can be prevented. No illnesses, injuries and accidents is a possible and ethical aim.
- Environment, Health and Safety are a common responsibility for everyone. The conditions to reach them is full knowledge of one’s job and the awareness of the risks related to it.
- These aims are reachable only with the identification and the elimination of the unsafe conditions and of risky behaviours, i.e. through the diffusion of a culture of safety, where all employees adopt safe behaviours.
