The first foreign sales organisation to be set up by Climaveneta SpA was established in 1997 in order to more closely meet the requirements of the German market. Today, after 10 years of constant development, Climaveneta Deutschland is a developed and structured company which sells and provides technical assistance for all the products and systems in the Commercial&Industrial and Home Systems ranges.
As well as product quality, the efficiency and reliability of a system increasingly depend on the support provided both during the design phase and after system start-up. Consistently with the philosophy of the Climaveneta group, Climaveneta Deutschland has always placed customers relations and satisfaction at the centre of its mission by providing a complete range of support and assistance services:
- Creation of a network of authorised centres capable of rapidly and professionally dealing with all assistance requirements, such as start-up and routine and extraordinary maintenance.
- Capillary sales and assistance network assuring proximity to customers and rapid reaction times.
- Consulting and sales performed by well-prepared agents and regional wholesales supported by professional and highly experienced sales engineers.
